Too many residents in our district lack access to quality, affordable healthcare. Whether it’s the high cost of insurance, the distance to the nearest clinic, or the shortage of mental health providers, we need to do better.

My Plan

Expand Access to Care

• Support community health centers that serve underserved populations
• Advocate for more healthcare providers in our district
• Improve transportation options to healthcare facilities
• Expand telehealth services to reach rural and underserved areas

Address Mental Health

• Invest in mental health services and crisis intervention
• Support school-based mental health programs
• Reduce stigma around mental health treatment
• Advocate for better integration of mental health into primary care

Lower Healthcare Costs

• Support programs that help residents afford insurance
• Advocate for transparency in healthcare pricing
• Support efforts to lower prescription drug costs
• Connect residents with available assistance programs

Promote Public Health

• Support vaccination and disease prevention programs
• Address environmental factors that affect health
• Invest in public health infrastructure
• Prepare for future public health emergencies

My Record

As a former member of the Housing Authority, I’ve seen how housing instability affects health outcomes. I’ve championed policies that recognize the connection between stable housing and healthy families.
