Volunteer Canvass Day

Help spread the word about Maria Chen’s campaign! Join us for a day of canvassing in the Canyon Crest neighborhood.

What is Canvassing?

Canvassing is one of the most effective ways to reach voters. You’ll go door-to-door, talking to neighbors about the election and sharing Maria’s message.

Don’t worry if you’ve never done this before—we provide complete training and you’ll always be paired with an experienced volunteer!

Schedule

• 10:00 AM - Arrive at campaign HQ, coffee and light breakfast
• 10:15 AM - Training session for new volunteers
• 10:45 AM - Teams depart for canvassing
• 12:30 PM - Return to HQ for lunch
• 1:00 PM - Second canvassing shift (optional)
• 2:00 PM - Wrap-up and volunteer appreciation

What to Bring

• Comfortable walking shoes
• Weather-appropriate clothing
• Water bottle
• Positive attitude!

What We Provide

• Training materials and scripts
• Walking maps and voter lists
• Campaign literature
• Lunch (pizza and salads)
